David Helliwell is one of the County Councillors for Sketty ward in Swansea.

He was elected in May 2017 along with his fellow Welsh Conservative colleague Stev Gallagher.

David has lived in Sketty for over 40 years. A retired civil servant, he has also worked as a bank operations manager locally.
