How to Vote

On Thursday, 5th May 2011, there will be a Welsh Assembly Election.

If you live in the Swansea West constituency, you should be able to vote to elect your new AM and send them to the Welsh Assembly.

If you want to vote by post contact Dayne Powell and give him your details and he will ensure that you are provided with the correct forms.

If you are unsure if you are registered to vote, call Swansea Electoral services on 01792 636042. After 8 April 2011 they should also be able tell you where your nearest polling station is, or you can refer to the list which will be published here. It is also likely that all the information you might need will be able to be found on the Swansea Council Election website nearer the date.

If you elect to have a postal vote, make sure it arrives by election day. If it is too late to send it, you can hand it in at any polling station in Swansea West.
Never voted before? You may find this BBC Guide published for last years General Election useful.
